Chroma Vision recognise that once an investment has been made to install security measures, all systems need to be professionally maintained to ensure their continued operation.

In support of this, Chroma Vision offer all new systems with a full five (5) year fully comprehensive warranty option, which provides a 24 hour emergency response and loan spares where required.

Where Chroma Vision are requested to adopt a clients existing system, we would undertake a full condition survey and prepare a report advising of our observations and recommendations.

  

In order to support our client base Chroma Vision operates a service/maintenance management database, which enables all calls to be logged and auto routed to each service engineers PDA.

Upon reporting of a fault or request for attendance to our service department, each call is assigned to either the Account Manager or service engineer   via PDA communication.

The powerful software system keeps records of all calls, customer references, call history and site details including equipment asset information etc.

All field personnel are able to access the database to review previous call outs, or obtain manufactures data files or site specific information.

Upon completion of the call the details of the repair are uploaded for entry and verification.

By utilising this system it enables us to know exactly at what stage our customers call requests are in, and that key performance indicators are achieved.
